Spa Protocol:
-Children are not permitted in spa area -Lockers and robes are available for all clients -You are responsible for notifying us of medical conditions: high blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies and skin conditions. -It is best to not shave before body treatments -Gentlemen should shave one hour prior to facials -Wear comfortable clothing -Drink plenty of water before and after all treatments -Arrive 15 minutes early to relax and familiarize yourself with our facility and to fill out paper work if you are a new client.
Considerations:
For the comfort and respect of you and others, we request that you please turn off your cell phone or change it to silent mode as to not disrupt others.

Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy with your service in any regard, please let us know within one week of your visit. We will be glad to correct the service or offer salon credit. Cash refunds are not given under any circumstance.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of your service time. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice are subject to a nominal fee.
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we will need to condense your treatment time if you are late, thus lessening the experience and effectiveness. Your appointment will end at the scheduled time and the full value of your service will still be applied.
